Diamond Distributions LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and sales calls
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Represent Diamond Distributions LLC professionally at customer sites and industry events
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1+ years of field sales, outside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
